a huge fuck you to anyone who has told me, "don't be sad" "get over it" "just be happy" "just stop being sad." you're obviously uneducated on the topics of anxiety and depression. If you've ever felt this weight on you, you'd think twice before sending those words my way. to all my people who are currently depressed, don't feel like it's your fault. there's absolutely nothing wrong with the way you are feeling. sometimes life chains you the bottom and you get beat down for awhile. but nothing is forever so just know that your suffering is only temporary. Just try to withstand. i wrote this song in the darkest point in my life. i had a problem with cutting myself. i had a friend reach out and i feel so grateful they did. IF ANYONE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COME TO ME. DON'T SUFFER ALONE
